Key Responsibilities
 Preparation of companies financials as per requirement of Indian accounting standards
 Designing and ensuring operation of internal control systems
 Handling independently indirect tax & direct tax statutory liability payment & returns
 Administer GST , VAT, TDS, TCS compliance
 Experience in Internal audit
 Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of Quarterly /Half Yearly/annual Financial records
 Ensure timely closure of all monthly activities.
 Accurate and timely upkeep of financial records
 Control cost and identifying opportunities for saving cost, managing cash flows to
minimize finance cost & ensuring compliance to applicable tax laws.
 Expert in arranging enhancement of working capital limits, forex management & import
banking.
 Bank Guarantee & Letter of Credit

Skills and Competencies:
 Advance Excel, Tally ERP9
 Auditing Skill, Analytical ability
 Minimal discrepancies in audit
 Minimal liabilities in direct and indirect taxes
 Knowledge in Foreign exchange, TDS, GST
 Knowledge in MIS reports
 Good in communication
