Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Tax compliance including GST, TDS, Return Filing, Tax Audit
Filing of Income Tax/TDS returns
Preparation of Financial Statements
Preparation of Projects reports
Be in charge of the overall accounting and taxes affairs
Incorporation of Companies/ LLPs under Companies Act, LLP Act
Filing of Documents under Companies Act – Annual Filing, other Filing

Qualifications and Skills:

CA Inter / M. COM/MBA/B. COM
Experience in accounting and preparation of financial statements
Proficient in latest updates in Companies Act, Income-tax Act, GST
Well versed in accounting softwares viz. Tally, QuickBooks
MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint
Experience in Return Filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax
Balance Sheet
