Job Description

 

Total experience: 3-5 years

Location: Hyderabad – Banjara hills, Road no: 1.

Key skills: Corporate actions, mutual funds, investment banking ..etc

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling Day to day payment operation activities.
  • Identify and manage relationships with internal and external experts relevant to assigned content area(s).
  • Key expectation is to deliver with an ability to collaborate and take teams along in fast paced, rapid delivery, multi-project environment.
  • Managing delivery metrics like timelines, quality, and utilization along with all the key elements of project and team management
  • Presenting findings to the senior stakeholders, thereby building a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Interacting with the product and support team for enhancements in the product by providing requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of UAT Testing’s
  • Bank Reconciliations, able to understand Nacha files and US banking industry.
  • Worked on any ticketing tool like JIRA for maintaining SLA in resolving the tickets.
  • Monitoring tickets and controlling AHT in resolving customer queries.
  • Monitoring the day-to-day activities and ensure SLA ‘s are met with the given time from Team Management skills, along with good mentoring and planning trainings based on the product updates and knowledge base.
