Hiring a professional is not like standard hiring.

You define a standard criteria, salary, experience, age-group & work profile,

Acknowledging my business owning friends, doing & sustaining business is the toughest task ever.

But you can’t scale a business alone, you need people,

What you actually need-> like-minded people – > people who love business – > people who think long term – > people who know & love technology

What you don’t need – > people who excel in repeated tasks – > people who stay on the same position for long – > people who are scared of delegation

Hiring 2-3 smart & intelligent people is wiser than a bunch of dumb people.

Dumb people occupy our mental space & downgrade our thinking ability.

Don’t hire a man who is like a good machine, think of automation instead for that part.

Ultimately why are we hiring?…..

Are we hiring to doing the assigned task……

Ok, why are we doing that assigned task?……..
